About the event
Those interested can pick up a skeleton from the Public Works office at 148 W. Illinois Ave., Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. You should plan to bring a large vehicle, as the skeletons are about 6 feet tall.
The decorated scarecrows should be dropped off on Saturday, September 21, by 11 a.m. at the Firefighters' Memorial (corner of Brockway and Slade Streets)
